Most pressure washing companies treat concrete like a sidewalk to hose off. We come at it from 10 years of high end concrete restoration and repair, so we read the surface first: how it was finished, what the stain actually is, and what pressure and chemistry will fix it without damage.
Colorado Concrete Revival LLC completed hands on training with Elite Crete Systems, a manufacturer and industry educator in decorative concrete, concrete restoration, protective sealers and high performance coatings. That covered surface preparation, restoration, staining, coloring, sealing and protective coating applications. It means we can tell you when a slab just needs cleaning, when it should be sealed, and when repair or resurfacing will save you from replacing it.

Boulder has rules about wash water. We built our process around them.
Pressure washing runoff carries oil, detergents and grit, and the City of Boulder does not allow it to go into storm drains that flow straight to Boulder Creek. Plenty of crews either do not know that or hope nobody is watching.
We capture and reclaim our wash water on site so the job is clean in both senses. If you manage a commercial property, an HOA, or any address inside Boulder city limits, that is the difference between a routine cleaning and a notice from the city.

It can when someone uses a wand at full pressure on a finish it was never meant for. We use a surface cleaner that spreads pressure evenly and we match pressure and cleaner to the slab, whether it is broom finished, stamped, colored or exposed aggregate. Reading the surface first is the whole point of our restoration background.
Most of the way, and often all the way. Oil that has soaked in for years and rust from fertilizer or sprinklers each need a specific treatment, not just more pressure. We will tell you up front what we expect to lift and what may leave a faint shadow, then recommend sealing so it does not happen again.
We capture and reclaim it. The City of Boulder does not allow pressure washing runoff to enter storm drains, and a lot of commercial properties and HOAs across the Front Range have the same requirement. Our setup keeps the wash water on site and out of the gutter, so you are covered.
Quotes are free and based on the square footage, the condition of the concrete and what you want done, such as cleaning only, stain treatment, or cleaning plus sealing. Not for most driveway, sidewalk and patio jobs, as long as we can reach the area and anything that should be moved is out of the way. We send before and after photos when we finish, and we are happy to walk the job with you if you would rather be there.
We work whenever conditions allow and keep an eye on the forecast for you. If freezing temperatures or a storm roll in, we move the job to the next safe window rather than wash concrete that is about to ice over. Sealing in particular needs dry, mild weather to cure properly.
