House, fence and deck washing while we are already there for the concrete
Siding, stucco, cedar fences and wood or composite decks cleaned at low pressure with the right cleaner, so the dust, spider webs and gray weathering come off and the finish stays on.
Soft washing siding and a cedar fence, Larimer County
A clean driveway next to dusty siding and a gray fence looks unfinished. Let us do all of it.
Most of our customers ask the same question once the driveway is done: can you do the house while you are here? Yes. Siding collects wind blown dust, sprinkler mineral deposits and a summer of spider webs. Cedar fences go gray and green in the shade. Decks hold pollen, tree debris and the mildew that grows under the planters.
None of that should be hit with a pressure washer at full force. Siding is soft washed, which means low pressure and a cleaner that does the work. Fences and wood decks get just enough pressure to lift the gray without furring the wood, and composite decks get the cleaner the manufacturer recommends. It is also the right prep before staining a fence or deck.
What we wash
- Vinyl, fiber cement and painted siding dusted and streaked by wind and sprinklers
- Stucco with dirt bands, spider webs and wasp nests under the eaves
- Brick and stone with mineral deposits and dust
- Cedar and pine fences gone gray, green or black in shaded sections
- Wood decks with weathering, pollen and mildew under furniture and planters
- Composite decks with stains, pollen and green growth in the grooves
If you are planning to stain or seal a fence or deck, cleaning first is what makes the stain take evenly. We can clean it and let you know when the wood is dry enough to finish.

Why Front Range houses and fences need a yearly wash
Colorado dust is relentless. Dry wind coats siding, sprinklers leave mineral spots on the lower courses, and the sun bleaches cedar gray in a season or two. On the shaded north side of a house or fence the story flips and green growth takes over where the snow sits longest.
A spring wash gets the winter dust off the house, and a fence or deck cleaning before staining season makes the stain last years longer.
- Dust and windDry weather means dust instead of mildew on most of the house, which comes off easily with a soft wash.
- UV on woodHigh altitude sun grays cedar fast. Cleaning and staining on a schedule keeps a fence from needing replacement.
- Shaded north sidesWhere snow lingers, siding and fences grow green. That side gets a little more attention.

House, fence and deck questions
The things people ask before they book. If yours is not here, text us a photo and ask.
High pressure can. That is why siding is soft washed: low pressure and a cleaner that dissolves the dirt, so nothing is forced behind the panels or into the seams.
Yes, and you should. Cleaning lifts the gray weathering and old residue so the stain soaks in evenly. We tell you how many dry days the wood needs before staining.
Yes. Composite boards are cleaned at low pressure with a cleaner the manufacturers recommend, so the surface is not scarred and the warranty is not affected.
Stucco is cleaned carefully at low pressure with attention to the texture and any hairline cracks. We get the dirt bands, webs and nests off without driving water into the wall.
We stick to siding, fences, decks and concrete, and we rinse windows as part of a house wash. Roof cleaning and window polishing are not services we offer.
